1. Turn
off facade and decorative lighting, to the extent
that this does not compromise public safety.
2. Adjust
work schedules to make better use of natural light
and reducing the power consumption.
3. Turn
off lights in corridors and common areas of movement
that are not indispensable in ensuring the proper
transit.
4. Review
every job stand and evaluate the amount of luminaries
that can be turned off, without affecting normal work.
5. Turn
off lights in offices, corridors and halls, and check
that individual air conditioning are turned off after
work hours.

6. Decrease
the number of elevators during less used hours.
7. Unplug
devices that use transformers and "stand by" technology,
such as mobile phones, TVs, radios, microwave ovens,
etc.
8. Reprogram
the automatic or manual start of air conditioning
to after 11 A.M. and when using, adjust temperature
at no less than 24°C (75°F).
9. Reduce
the power compsuption of your computer screen by installing

10. Verify
the maintenance of lighting and heating/cooling systems.
11. Sealing
and adjusting doors and windows that have air filtration.
12. Instruct
the obligatory use of therm bottles for preparing
coffee and tea. The sequence should be from the electric
kettle or teapot to a thermos and then to the cups.
13. Scheduling
irrigation systems to a minimum and only at night.
